"There is a wisdom within you that cannot be rushed or forced. Meditation simply creates the space for it to speak".
BREATHING SPACES
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster and work harder, rest can begin to feel unfamiliar.
I believe that deep rest is your birthright.
Natures wisdom tell us so....
Trees rest in winter.
Rivers flow slowly
The earth itself breathes in cycles.
Perhaps we were never meant to live any differently.
Breathing Spaces is an invitation for you to slow down.
Gentle guided meditations that move a busy mind into deep rest, peaceful awareness and quiet remembering.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
Nothing you need to fix.
Just an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and with nature... and remember the peace that has always been there beneath the noise.
Whether you're listening after a busy day, beginning your morning with intention, or simply craving a moment of stillness, these recordings offer a gentle place to return to whenever you need them.
It doesn't matter if you are new to meditation or have tried it in the past and feel it is something you 'can't do.'
These sessions are guided, so all you have to do is listen to my voice and drift into peace
The collection will continue to grow over time, with downloadable guided meditations and future live EcoNIDRA sessions becoming part of the Raised Wild community.
I look forward to welcoming you there.

"Sometimes the deepest healing isn't found in doing more... but in resting long enough to remember who you've always been"

WHY MEDITATE?
Meditation isn't about stopping your thoughts.
It's about creating a little space between you and the busyness of life, so you can hear your own quiet wisdom again.
With regular practice, many people find they feel calmer, sleep more deeply, respond to life's challenges with greater ease and notice a renewed sense of presence and gratitude. Like walking through a woodland or sitting beside the sea, meditation gently brings us back to the present moment, reminding us that peace isn't something we have to find... it's something we can return to, one breath at a time.
"The quieter we become, the more clearly we can hear the wisdom that has been patiently waiting within us."

MEET YOUR GUIDE, FLEUR
Meditation has been part of my own life for many years.
Long before I discovered meditation, I found myself sitting quietly amongst the trees, listening to birdsong and the wind moving through the leaves.
Looking back, I realise nature was my first meditation teacher. Now that same sense of peace, presence and connection is woven into every meditation I create.
Every meditation has been gently written and recorded by me, using the same approach I bring to my counselling, EcoNIDRA sessions and nature-based work.
These aren't scripts read from a book. They are practices that have grown from years of sitting alongside people, listening deeply to what my clients tell me they need, and learning from the quiet wisdom of nature.
My hope is that these recordings become a gentle companion you can return to whenever life feels noisy, helping you slow down, reconnect, and remember the peace that has always been there.
TAKE THE JOURNEY HOME
Meditation is woven through the work I offer. These guided recordings allow you to continue that journey in your own time, creating a quiet space you can return to whenever you need to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the peace that lives within you.
How do I access my meditation?
Your meditation is available to download immediately after purchase. Your recording is yours to keep, so you can listen as often as you wish, returning to it whenever you need a moment of rest, grounding or gentle reconnection.
When you're ready to begin, find a quiet place where you can be undisturbed. You may choose to lie down beneath a cosy blanket or sit comfortably in a chair, allowing your body to feel fully supported. Headphones can help you become immersed in the experience.
Simply press play and allow yourself to be guided.
There is nothing you need to achieve and no right or wrong way to experience the practice. If your mind begins to wander, gently notice it and return your attention to the sound of my voice.
Each time you listen, you may discover something new.
Trust whatever unfolds.
